I am writing to say how happy my husband and I are with our new conservatory, porch and soffits that you recently supplied to us.

We were happy with Mick Parkin, John and all the fitters.  They worked very hard to a good standard and were always polite and obliging.  They kept us well informed as to what was going on at all times.

We are very pleased that we went with you.  We are enjoying the extra space with the conservatory and the bungalow is much improved all round.

In particular we would like to thank your builder, Mark Morley, for all of his help and consideration. He has been meticulous in ensuring that we were always informed in advance of each stage of the building works. All of his workmen arrived on the dates, and at the times agreed – which for my elderly mother was very important. Mark was very understanding of the stresses on her that any delays in the process could have caused and put up with the need to contact my mother through me with good humour and endless patience. His team were similarly efficient, helpful and understanding throughout the process and in consequence we would be happy to use you again and to recommend your company to others.
